Dr. Matt Thundyil has nearly 30 years of experience in the separation technology field. He has been the President and CEO of Transcend Solutions since 2014, which is a rapidly growing separation technology manufacturer focused on the process industry. Prior to Transcend, Matt started up GTC’s sulfur removal service business and led Porous Media/Pentair in research and then global sales in the energy industry. Matt has had a focus on starting up and rapidly growing high-margin businesses. He is a Chemical Engineer with a Ph.D. in Advanced separation from The University of Texas at Austin. He has been published in many peer-reviewed and industry journals, spoken at many industry conferences, and has been named as an inventor for 7 patents.
