Administrative Officer
Contract: Part-time to full time
Location: Remote work most of the time. Preferably located in Toronto

Your Opportunity:
We are growing. We need to add qualified professionals to work on administrative and program support.
Your Responsibilities:
Coordinate external and internal requests including but not limited to educational program related requests and others
Maintain an electronic file system including but not limited to Zoom, Zoho Campaign, Streamingvideoprovider, Wix, and others
Coordinate the logistical aspects of meetings, seminars, workshops, training, special projects, and events.
Assist document and data support for the educational program
Proactively create and disseminate promotional material, evaluation data, and presentation content.
Actively participate in event de-briefing and proposals of future events
Other tasks assigned by the management
As a role model and champion, you will work to identify and integrate safe, best practices into daily activities to foster the delivery of safe and exemplary care.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, technologies, business, management, economy, accounting
2 years of experience providing administrative support to senior management
Strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills
Strong, above average MS Office application skills including Word, Excel, Dropbox, and Outlook
Ability to work well under pressure and use good judgment in assessing the difficult situation
Ability to produce high-quality professional work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in an inter-professional team
Excellent organizational and time management skills well developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle multiple duties
Demonstrated record of good performance and acceptable attendance will be considered as part of the selection criteria
Professional behavior and communication that meets the standards of the professional regulatory college or association
Travel: International or domestic travel is required from time to time
