WFI Establishing Sustainability Filtration Committee


Waterloo Filtration Institute is pleased to announce the establishment of the Sustainability Filtration Committee (SFC) led by Dr. Iyad Al-Attar, WFI Strategic Director. The success of the "Filtration Hour" sessions addressing the pressing sustainability issues has inspired WFI to establish SFC. WFI conducts the "Sustainability Sessions" every two months, addressing several topics influencing the comfort and well-being of human occupants, such as: Filtration technologies Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Air quality sensors Smart cities Circularity Sustainable filter performance Building and systems efficiency Architectural design parameters SFC invites sustainability enthusiasts to join its WFI members in making a difference to combat our humanity's environmental issues. Our responsibility lies in understanding that our challenges are significant, our resources are limited, and our planet is finite.
