The Waterloo Filtration Institute 2021 Annual Conference (WFI 2021) will be held online, December 7-8, 2021, 8:00-12:00 am EST. The theme of this conference is “Post-Pandemic/Future Clean Air and Water Solutions”. It will be an international conference to address the emerging opportunities and continuously critical roles of filtration and separation for public safety and health. The virtual conference will feature the following four sessions, and each session will have four speakers. 1. Market Dynamics and Mega Trends after COVID-19 2. Novel Clean Air Solutions for Public Health 3. Emerging Technologies in Water Filtration 4. New Techniques in Product Evaluation

Product of the Year 2021 The award is set to promote product development in the filtration and separation industry for a clean, healthy, and sustainable world. The winner will be announced at WFI 2021 Virtual Annual Conference. All members of the global filtration industry are eligible, and companies may nominate their own products.

Who were the winners of last year’s product awards? 2020 Product of the Year Awards went to Donaldson Torit (USA) for their Rugged Pleat Baghouse and Filter in the category of Filter Element/Device and Hollingsworth and Vose (Germany) for their NanoWave® XT Products in the category of Filter Media Design. In addition, Camfil (USA), NewStar (China), PureAir Filtration (USA), and IFTS (France) received awards for the Innovative Products of Year.
