Program Manager
Contract: Part-time to full time
Location: Remote work most of the time. Preferably located in Toronto

Your opportunity:
We are growing. We need to add qualified professional to work on program development including but not limited to specialist certification programs and product certification programs. Our goal is to strengthen and enhance our training program to enable multidisciplinary collaborations to promote filtration and separation industry.

Your responsibilities:
Planning and developing educational programs and courses independently
Analyzing internal and external trends and recommending educational programming improvements
Keeping well-informed on instructor requirements, policies and procedures, and specific learning requirements within courses and programs
Developing and implementing marketing plans to promote programs, events and/or initiatives that support strategic objectives
Producing promotional and outreach materials
Conducting detailed analysis on program efficiency and student learning outcomes to inform program planning activities
Producing complex statistical and/or financial reports
Analyzing statistical information to inform enrollment projections and planning
Developing program and service materials
Implementing program improvements and maintenance of program standards
Planning and overseeing the implementation of an evaluation framework for programs and initiatives
Reviewing and assessing registrant applications for admission into the program
Advising registrants on program and/or course requirements by probing and providing a range of options and possible consequences
Tracking and monitoring course enrollments
Monitoring accounts for a project and/or program
Other works assigned by the management
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, technologies, business, management, economy, accounting
Six to seven years related experience in a senior administrative role managing scientific and research academic programs and providing senior administrative leadership support in strengthening and enhancing research and training in data science by developing educational programs and courses that promote interdisciplinary researchers, and enable multidisciplinary collaborations nationally and internationally.
Strong experience in supervising staff and managing the operations of a program.
Experience with developing and implementing marketing plans to promote programs, events and/or initiatives that support strategic objectives
Experience in producing promotional and outreach materials, program and service material.
Experience planning and overseeing the implementation of an evaluation framework for programs and initiatives. Experience producing complex statistical and/or financial reports. Experience monitoring budgets for programs.
Strong strategic planning, project, communication, program and event management, research skills, budget and operational management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with proven networking and relationship development and management capabilities.
Must be self-motivated and confident with sound judgment and keen diplomatic skills. Excellent problem solving skills.
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (must be able to set up templates and macros in Word and Excel, set up Excel spreadsheets and graphics, and prepare sophisticated Powerpoint presentations); and ROSI and Acorn and other related student systems.
Advanced skills in developing and maintaining data bases and producing reports.
Travel: International or domestic travel is required from time to time
